Pros

Clarity of mission. Mission statement came from the employees rather than management. It's a family office that feels like a family. God forbid you have a medical issue, they will take care of you. A real focus on talent development.

Cons

Press seems to hold the company to a different standard than other companies. Gets to be a bit of a bummer when they rehash old stuff and don't put it in context.

Great environment, you can work on interesting challenges, competent management. You can enjoy free snack and drinks.gym, massage room, on-site doctor, drycleaning, exceptional cafetaria. great bonus structure.

Cons

You need to work long hours. You should be able to juggle many different things that you work on at the same time. Overtime work is quite normal.
