      - Senior quants to learn from - Some welfare, insurance and leave is nice. Comp is okay

      Cons

      - At the pod level, the quality of your manager is a dice roll, poor onboarding and expectation setting. - Culture of silence. Not much sharing or transparency, not easy to learn from others when starting out as a junior. - WLB is poor, comparable to peers
