      Pros

      Clarity of mission. Mission statement came from the employees rather than management. It's a family office that feels like a family. God forbid you have a medical issue, they will take care of you. A real focus on talent development.

      Cons

      Press seems to hold the company to a different standard than other companies. Gets to be a bit of a bummer when they rehash old stuff and don't put it in context.

      Pros

      If you are someone who takes seriously the notion of being great at what you do, there is no better place than this to bring out your A game. The work is compelling, the colleagues are wicked smart, and the psychic rewards of success are even better than the monetary ones (which is pretty good, too).

      Cons

      Once you get past the fruits and vegetables, the snacks are inedible. It's ok to have a real cookie every now and then.
