Super unhealthy place to work at. Management in Amsterdam is very bad, they don't care about their people. There is no direction or strategy and no communication. People and their efforts are taken for granted and they don't care that many people had to go on sick leave because they were burned out because of the toxic environment. Departments don't work well together, there is no sense of team effort.
