HR - Chief is horrible. She can barely communicate policies and doesn't understand what she's saying. Just had meetings on sick/pto and I cringed every time she spoke. This firm never had any real policies and now they're putting things in place and this lady doesn't know what she's doing, so I know someone is telling her these things need to get done. I think she's been at the firm for some time too, so it's sad no one is addressing the elephant in the room. All the firm lawsuits has them scrambling, I think. Some of the LAs who have been here at this firm don't have a clue what they're doing or they are just really lazy, but I try to steer clear because they are just as rude as the attorneys. This seems to be the case with LAs who have been with the firm for years.

Lot of work but keeps you busy!
