Pros

There is growth and firm is busy which is always good for job security.

Cons

The chief level executives are the unfriendiest/rudest bunch of people ever. If you are to judge a firm by leadership, this is a bad sign. I guess they've never heard that true leaders can interact well with all levels of a company. There are a couple in particular, who are truly not chief level, but they do their best pretending by being extra rude.

Pros

Some of the partners are supportive and interested in mentorship and leading by example. Your experiences with those select few will be excellent.

Cons

Zero training - associates are thrown into the deep end, given an enormous work load, and expected to work all hours without complaint to get the job done. The mentorship program is a farce - mentors meet once or twice a year at most, and are otherwise too busy to chat unless it's billable time.
