Positive culture, nice people, laid back atmosphere, partners and attorneys are smart and well-respected in their areas of practice, shorter path to partner than many other AmLaw firms, hybrid (remote/in-person) work model

Cons

Benefits need a total overhaul. Health plan premium is expensive if you have dependents. Family leave policy is not in line with the market. No short term or long term disability policy.
