The people you work with are great, it's the higher ups that make you feel worthless. I have worked with several law firms and this one is by far the worst!

Cons

Training was great but then after 90 days things changed and not for the better. Management is unprofessional and unorganized and there is favoritism among employees.

Benefits were ok given the circumstances.

Cons

I was cursed and made to feel unsafe in this toxic firm. Everyday was a new day to figure out who was going to belittle me or be toxic. Management is horrible. My superior at one point told me that I should be grateful to have a job.
