Growing Firm Everyone on the staff is willing to help others, whether in their office or another one.

Cons

Not competitive in terms of benefits for the market as everything is based off of the main office in the mid-west. Lots of bureaucracy.

Low pay, everything is based on Kansas City, KC tends to micromanage everything , no clear sense of direction, often told two different things, management involves staff in things they shouldn't be involved in, low growth opportunity, low bonuses.
