      I think my entire review can be summed up nicely by the statement that I don’t have a single bad thing to say about any aspect of this firm or my experience working here. It was a largely positive experience and one I’m very glad I got the opportunity to take on.

      None. It was time for me to move on and I did. No hard feelings or ill-will on either side.

      Pros

      Higher ups are very vocal with praise. Hard work is ALWAYS (and I really do mean always) rewarded. It’s different every time, but you never have to worry that your extra efforts will go unnoticed. In the almost 3 years I’ve been with the firm that has never once been the case.

      Cons

      Opportunities for promotions are few and far between.
