Pros

Good breadth of practice groups and starting to have a solid national footprint to service larger client needs. Also, nice office space in several cities.

Cons

The way the firm is run out of Kansas City is a horrible arrangement. The power of the chairman is way too much. The firm as a whole seems to have an overall underdog feeling, where they are always trying to catch up to the larger firms.

Great atmosphere. Security on site, a little under equipped but sufficient I suppose. Rockwell security, low pay scale for working in our building. Jobs amazing here, 741 lawyers.
