Polygon was a good place to work. Friendly staff, great environment to work and great annual leave entitlement (you could purchase extra days). The training was good, however, they do need to have "trainers" and not just have anyone train you. Not very pushy and will allow you to work within your own competency.
Cons
Some of the best managers left, which made way for managers that really should have not been managers at all. However, they didnt last very long.
Not much progression after claims handler, unless you want to move to different departments.
Heavy caseload.
Pay not good.
Everyone I encountered was happy to help, support and go the extra mile for the company and their colleagues.
There is a clear open door policy from top to bottom with exec management taking the time to talk to anyone.
Hold company days and awards across the country which is a great way to get the teams together and learn about the business.
Would recommend working at Polygon to anyone.
