      Pros

      Everyone I encountered was happy to help, support and go the extra mile for the company and their colleagues. There is a clear open door policy from top to bottom with exec management taking the time to talk to anyone. Hold company days and awards across the country which is a great way to get the teams together and learn about the business. Would recommend working at Polygon to anyone.
