Thank you for your review. We rely on feedback like yours to help us understand and address and hopefully improve our overall culture and employee experience. While we are happy to hear that you felt it was "easy to take time off" as we try very hard in supporting a work/life balance, it is concerning that you felt there is "little to no training". With the onboarding of all positions we work earnestly to accomplish the following: 1. Extensive tailored on-line training through our company learning platform (PolyPro) 2. Individualized "hands-on" training 3. Scheduled 1-on-1 trainings with various subject matter experts (SME's) 4. Multiple meetings with field personnel 5. A collaborative culture that encourages and provides resources enabling "personal ownership" for individual success and career development.
