Pros
Enjoyed collaborating with the Director and the team to prepare for shows and events. The Director provided tools and resources needed be successful in role. Thank for work-life balance and great benefits.
Cons
Only have a small budget made it somewhat difficult to provide collateral and such needed to support the Business Development Specialist.

Flat organization with very few levels between the employee and upper management. A very real "open door" policy with all senior managers and middle managers.
Cons
Not the best salary but it's balanced with a great culture
