I’ve been rewarded for proactive development of processes and procedures.
People with an entrepreneurial bent do really well here. If you love a place where you have to say “let’s get it done”, this is the place for you.
Cons
Polysciences has a lot of “sister” companies. Sometimes priorities of the sister companies trump the priorities of Polysciences. There are times when you have to scramble to fulfill the requests of the sister companies. It’s completely disruptive to the day to day, but in the end supporting the sister companies helps your bonus and merit raise.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Polysciences. We sincerely appreciate your feedback—both the positive insights and the areas where you see opportunities for improvement.
Given more than you are paid for, enough workers but they aren’t held accountable to work at the level they are supposed to, doing the job of multiple people on a daily basis, not enough PTO
Great benefits for a small company. Annual bonus and raise. Small company atmosphere with great company events such as BBQ, annual holiday party, contests etc. It is easy to get to know everyone with the small number of employees and unlike working in a large company, you don't feel like just a number, rather you feel like family! The company holds a meeting once a month where the leadership team is open and honest with employees.
Cons
The nature of the job can be dangerous however Polysciences ensures that all employees leave the same way they came in.
