Pros

HR does a thorough job of finding capable, smart and engaging employees. Lots of opportunity to grow and people are consistently put in positions to succeed.

Cons

Collaboration continues to evolve and is getting better with each day. Informal decision-making sometimes outweighs a more formal approach, but this isn't necessarily bad!

Pros

Fantastic Team Collaboration: The team excels in collaboration and teamwork, creating a supportive and dynamic work environment. Great Company Culture: The culture is second to none—friendly, inclusive, and innovative. Effective Leadership: Andrew Ott’s leadership is exceptional, providing clear direction and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. High-Quality Products and Services: The products and services offered are of the highest quality, consistently meeting and exceeding industry standards; we are growing and growing! Strong Professional Growth Opportunities: The company provides ample opportunities for professional development and career advancement including Supervisory/Management programs, graduate education, conferences, Six Sigma, Lean, and the list goes on. They aim to promote from within which is important to me.

Cons

No cons. Polysciences has increased communications through monthly town halls where leadership speaks in front of the entire company in-person, allowing anyone to speak or share a product/story. They allow flexible work schedules and allow employees to work 1/2 day Fridays in the summer and the winter! A lot of positive changes continue to roll out. Proactive safety observations are encouraged.
