Pros

Great benefits for a small company. Annual bonus and raise. Small company atmosphere with great company events such as BBQ, annual holiday party, contests etc. It is easy to get to know everyone with the small number of employees and unlike working in a large company, you don't feel like just a number, rather you feel like family! The company holds a meeting once a month where the leadership team is open and honest with employees.

Cons

The nature of the job can be dangerous however Polysciences ensures that all employees leave the same way they came in.

Pros

The company has a certain level of transparency it shared with employees.

Cons

Upper management seems to struggle with effective company leadership, implementing numerous structural changes that have only intensified organizational chaos and resulted in the appointment of individuals ill-suited for their roles. The management team lacks true leadership qualities, with many members displaying a lack of direction and attempting to circumvent industry standards. The emphasis on throughput over quality has led to a noticeable decline in overall product or service quality. The workplace culture is marked by mistreatment of employees, leading to the departure of valuable team members over the past few years. If the current environment persists, it's likely that more talented individuals will choose to leave. It is strongly advised against relocating for this company, as the initial appeal may fade quickly. The company has a tendency to alter employment terms abruptly, leaving employees without adequate notice or negotiation power. Furthermore, HR appears to mishandle critical matters and is resistant to constructive feedback. Overall, the current state of the company's management and culture raises significant concerns about its long-term viability and employee satisfaction.
