      A nightmare place to work!

      Pros

      Potential was there, and entreperual spirit. One owner which provides some stability. Attempting to create some form succession, due to the age of the owner.

      Cons

      Constant turnover in management. Can't keep the good ones and can't get rid of the terrible one's. A real meat market, it will grind you up and spit you out. Very political, and micromanagement to the nth degree. No work life balance. Awful place to work.

      Pros

      I tried to look at the positive aspects of my job, so I can come to work with something to look forward to. I wish there was something more to it than my hourly rate.

      Cons

      Poor management in both factory locations. There are so many people who play the manger/supervisor role that it leads to disorganization and disagreements that it makes it harder on the workers. The turn over rate is extremely high, many people don't even last 2 weeks on this job. Polytainers is a example of a company with poor ethics even though you will meet the hardest working people you will ever know here. There's just poor supervision and in order to implement it professionalism goes out the door. This company is the prime example of how to not run a business. There's even management that plays shush mouth in order to keep their jobs. It's all over the place and making it stressful on the workers.

      Great customer service team and warehouse staff

      Cons

      The controller was scary to work with. I'm not sure how a company can allow someone so abusive to still be apart of their team
