All hail the Queen

Cons

Plant ran by spoiled, rich, daddy's little girl who refers to herself as the "queen". Very smart, but no idea how to run a manufacturing plant. 5 different people held HR position in 2 year span. No systems, no processes, no compliance. Food safe plant that wasn't food safe.
