Clean uniforms everyday for employees and a safe place to work. Visible clock for keeping track of time. Comfortable air temperature to work in. Friendly environment to work in each week.

Cons

Have to be very cleanly to avoid contamination of product. One needs to be very alert and prepared in a such fast paced atmosphere.

no career plan, no retention plan, lots of attrition, too personal on hiring/firing decisions, few opportunities for promotion, no champions on business processes

Pros

Really great company with great work culture. Good leadership who care about employees. They have a lot of long term employee force but the management layer is a glass door - keep changing.

Cons

Loud noise due to high speed injection molding. Hearing protectors are mandatory. Shift work happens 24/ 7. Most of it is continental shift which is great depends if you are on day or night
