      Pros

      My coworkers were ok, the ones that stayed more than a couple weeks. the pay is ok but you are not paid enough to live in the neighborhood that the company is located in.

      Cons

      The managers are lazy, leadership is lacking. Human resources is a mess. high turn over. run you ragged and there is very limited opportunity for upward movement.

      Lots of motivation to move things forward. The Company really cares for its people. Focused and intentional on the path forward. Great direction. Lots of room for career growth. The people are really fantastic, the heart of the organization.
