Pros
Amazing school with fabulous teachers who love and care about what they do and the students they serve; great facilities and campus; great resources. The students WANT to learn and are a joy to be around.
Cons
Leadership seems to be deaf to their own lack of transparency and biased behaviors; they often put bandaids over issues rather than really dealing with the problem or challenge; the school's history and legacy do not seem to be valued by newer leadership; workloads are often unmanageable and unsustainable across various divisions and departments (heard over and over again from many colleagues about how their work consumed their lives and their families and happiness suffered).
