Safety standards, machines operate 24/7 so it gets really hot during the summer, company doesn’t appreciate their employees, theres overtime but here there’s too much overtime

pay was okay but there's a lot of issues with management
Cons
management is unfair, overtime was required, not compensated for efforts. The company does not have the best interest of employees. Work through holidays, lots of overtime, and an unreasonable work schedule. Work through weekends at times. 12 hours shifts. Requested change be done but they would fail to act.
