pay was okay but there's a lot of issues with management
Cons
management is unfair, overtime was required, not compensated for efforts. The company does not have the best interest of employees. Work through holidays, lots of overtime, and an unreasonable work schedule. Work through weekends at times. 12 hours shifts. Requested change be done but they would fail to act.

Nothing, Just 12 hours shift with no respection.
Cons
They hire just hispanic. If hire you as nonhispanic it's just for short time. They put you on discriminal and harassment and sabotage in your work until you quit your job. No electrical safety. No organization in electrical department. 12 hours shift with no respection.
