Thank you for the review. We were disappointed to hear about some of the experiences you had. Our rates are competitive within the industry and align with the lower number of hours required, as this position primarily revolves around an academic school calendar. We/ve also implemented a bonus structure as an additional benefit for certain positions. We appreciate all of our employees and have taken extra steps over the last couple of years to ensure that employees have felt valued (e.g. extra paycheck, additional paid holidays, employee appreciation events and more).
