Thank you for the review. The starting rate for BHT's, formerly known as TSS's, is $15 - $18 per hour, and is based on experience and educational background. We are competitive within the industry and our rates are heavily dependent upon reimbursement rates set by insurance providers. We have a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K program w/ matching and 3 weeks of PTO for full-time BHT's. We appreciate the feedback. Thank you

Pros

plenty of cases to take on

Cons

There is a reason (or hundreds) why the turn over is so high and employees don't last longer than 3 months without leaving. Leadership- chose favorites, rules applied to some but not others, gossip, I can not stress the gossip enough from management about other employees. Pay was a joke and even if you met all the requirements for a raise the rules changed each week and from person to person. They will try to force you to work well over your full schedule because they always need something last minute with the high turn over. Sexual Harassment was not addressed properly even with text and e mail proof. HR was useless in this matter and wanted to brush it all under the rug They treat you like you are garbage yet expect you to do more and more to keep them happy or you'll feel the shift when it comes time to have support from higher ups. Their lack of ethics is appalling and they could care less if the employees do the ethical thing, just do what brings them the money while they pay you pennies
