4yThanks for the review. Starting your career as a BHT after completing your undergraduate education is an excellent way to get experience in the field. The BHT role is also a good opportunity for those who don't have a Bachelor's degree but have a desire to help children with behavioral health issues. Some of our benefits, like health insurance, start after 90 days of employment, whereas others, like Tuition Discounts start day one of employment with the company.
