TW outlines everything & creates a clear path towards employment & employees success. Most of my co-workers I've met have been very pleasant, supportive & knowledgeable. It has been relatively easy to access resources or supplies needed to complete my daily responsibilities. It's evident how passionate the TW employees are about their position, it shows in the clients appreciation & growth.

Cons

There are a lot of resources out there & it seems TW could be funding more opportunities for SUD & MH programs/staffing. There will never be a shortage in the need for these two health categories.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that you have enjoyed the flexibility of your position. We are disappointed to hear about some of your other experiences. We remain competitive in regards to pay within industry standards. We also make strong recommendations for administrators to accept an open door policy that encourages ongoing and free communication amongst team members. Since the pandemic started we have had to make last minute changes and issued new protocols to adhere to not only the CDC's guidelines but our Governors as well. Our company is COVID-19 compliant and enforces such guidelines that are within our control. Thank you
