We believe in supporting employees in their professional growth by offering diverse training opportunities each month throughout the year, and are happy that you have enjoyed this benefit. This year we have put more emphasis on offering full-time hours to both existing employees and new hires, given that we have consumers to fill a full-time caseload. We are also happy to announce that we are in the process of implementing an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, which will allow employees to complete more work remotely.
