In regards to employee benefits, we offer Voluntary Benefits to all full-time and part-time employees who work more than 15 hours a week, these include; Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Bridge or Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Long-Term Disability Insurance. We also offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays, after 90 days of full-time employment. In addition, all employees have access to our Employee Parks Program, which is comprised of discounts for employees at local cafes, gyms, yoga studios, and more. Also within the past year, we have begun partnering with local Colleges and Universities to offer employees tuition discounts to pursue their educational goals.
