Pros

Pony.ai is an excellent company to work for. Because it is a startup, you'll be given a lot of responsibilities and ample room to exercise your own discretion. Work is challenging with pressing deadlines, but if you are up to the task, you will learn a lot in a very short time. Compensation and benefits are competitive. This is the place to be if you want to solve technical challenges relating to autonomous vehicles.

Cons

A common complaint on Glassdoor is that people don't use English at Pony.ai. This is not true. I use English exclusively with all my colleagues and it's been fine. In fact, I've formed deep friendships with people here.

Pros

Having worked at a number of tech companies, Pony.ai engineering moves faster that any team I've ever seen and in this day and age, this is a key components of success. There is a keen focus on 2 major business paths , ADAS Software and Robotaxi deployments in Europe.

Cons

Diversity could be better, but this take time to shift.
