Pros

I like meeting and helping people. In my job I draw blood from people of all types and ages when they are often at their worst. The best way I make their sickness easier is by doing my best to make the drawing of blood as painless as possible and showing them respect and dignity.

Cons

I see patients daily suffering in physical and emotional pain. Being constantly reminded that my job causes pain. Drawing blood from children is one of the most difficult part of my job.

great people to work with, CEO making great changes, bringing in new management instead of recycling old, inept staff. he seems to want to make a difference.

Cons

none really, good overall employer. glad management is changing, it will make a difference to employees. hope the community gives the changes a chance
