      cheap gas. no traffic. cheap housing.

      Cons

      Diversity unfriendly. if you are minority, keep away from this place. especially if you are an Asian. If they want to keep you and give you time to learn more, then stay. But if not, may not a good choice to stay. Very boring town that makes no sense. Nothing to do here. Nothing.
