      Pros

      You really have a great opportunity to take on and lead projects that you are passionate about! The benefits are very comparable to other companies and your management does care about you.

      Cons

      Priorities change often between products but there is never a boring or the same day.

      - People. Met amazing people who've become life long friends. - Opportunity to manage large projects.

      Cons

      - Flexibility. Still a traditional company that doesn't like people WFH. COVID has changed that but let's see what happens once this is over. - The industry is too volatile. - Lots of politics. Firing people for personal grudges. Too many organizational changes. Some awful leaders. - Projects move too slowly.
