      A few really nice people....but definitely the minority

      Cons

      Complete over haul of people like they were just a number. Not interested in making you better...will use you up and toss you out. Expected overtime and weekend work...no work life balance. The constant disrespect and authoritarian type management. Old technology, old mindset, old building....mis matched monitors to start off with....trust me you can do better than work here

      Good supervisors, cool co-workers, decent pay.

      Cons

      The job is monotonous, and doesn't offer much in the way of mental stimulation. The customer base is uniformed and at times horrible to deal with. There's a disconnect between the call center and brick and mortar retail locations.
