Pros

Contracted position: They worked well with my schedule so I finally obtained a degree in finance. Plenty of work if you like doing other people's grunt work all the time. Since this position is not in my career field it was good while it lasted.

Cons

Being a contractor has its downsides. But if you are persistant at living your dreams, you will make changes necessary to get through anything. I got my degree which says a lot.
