We appreciate your endorsement! The togetherness and teamwork our health professionals in particular have shown during this very challenging year has been inspiring. We hope we continue to attract team members in our health center and across campus who share your compassion and commitment to the Plantation Village family. Thank you again for sharing, and everything you do here.

Thank you for sharing so many of the benefits you enjoy as a member of the Plantation Village team. Despite these positives, we’re discouraged by your perception of management and the level of communication with leadership. We’d love the opportunity to confidentially discuss your experience further to see how we may be able to address your concerns appropriately. Please connect with Alyssa Paquin, our Director of HR, at 910-772-3139.

Pros

-Very nice staff -Amazing residents -Great facilities -Different style of CNA work that will make you actually enjoy the job -6 to 8 hour shifts vs a usual 12

Cons

-Don't sign on as PRN. They will work you more than a full time employee without the full time benefits. I signed on as PRN wanting to help out during the pandemic and was very clear that my full time internship came first. I had planned to work the required 20 hours a month, maybe even stretching to 30. Most months I was scheduled over 65 hours. They were desperate for help which is understandable, but they rely heavily on the PRN staff instead of hiring more full time.

Thank you for sharing! Despite what sounds like a brief time with us, we’re pleased you found the experience to be meaningful and beneficial. We’re so appreciative of the hours you committed in support of our residents – particularly during such a challenging time – and it’s a testament to your professionalism that you did so while balancing a full-time internship. Thank you for bringing your scheduling concern to our attention again, and we apologize for any miscommunication. We do our very best to accommodate requests from team members, without compromising our level of service, and this is something we must continue to be aware of. We hope you’re doing well, and continue to find success wherever your career takes you.
