They are responsive, provide solid candidate recommendations, and take the time to understand the skills and experience needed for the role. Candidates are generally well informed about the position before manager interviews, including expectations around responsibilities and support requirements. TA also provides helpful insight into candidate expectations, which supports more effective hiring decisions. Overall, the partnership has been smooth and effective. Pros: Responsive and easy to work with Candidates well prepared for interviews
