Pros

The company has good medical insurance. They issue paychecks that do not bounce. They offer direct deposit. The low level of talent can be entertaining when it doesn’t scare you.

Cons

If Pike Electric were a utility this would be it. Too many young Lineman expressing decades of experience when they carded out less than two years ago, and not proficient in common trade skills.
