Great training, good pay, advancement opportunities for the right fit, transparent ideals

Cons

High school atmosphere very clichey. Too many meetings in attempt to be transparent with employees. Goals focus and systems change at the drop of a hat.

Good benefits and pay. Many internal programs for employees to participate in (health, professional development, etc.). Lots of smart, nice people work there.

Cons

Very old fashioned, rigid approach to work. Not for creative or curious people. I never felt like I was trusted to do my best work. Management style tends to be paternalistic.
