Reenergized focus on what's possible and the future, given the disruptors in the utility business and the shifting workforce. Great place to work with unlimited possibilities because of the changing marketplace. PGE is committed to growing its employees as long as we the employees are willing to grow. if you can imagine and embrace a new future, PGE is the place for this. If you want to maintain the 'status quo', PGE is not the company to join. It's challenging the 'status quo' every day. It has to, to continue to be viable.

Cons

More unnecessary churn than there should be. The market and our product is changing internally and externally and we need to all acknowledge that as employees and as a company. Too much focus on making sure 'we're all okay' & not enough focus on 'getting on with it'.
