People are genuinely thoughtful and collaborative and the work feels meaningful. I get to help people grow their careers. I find our benefits - including that awesome 401k contribution as a huge selling point.

Cons

There's always an opportunity to do better. We are human - we make mistakes but at PGE one of our guiding behaviors is "always learning". I do feel like it's part of our DNA to always learn and lean in even when it can be challenging.
