Pros

Work life balance is great. Very generous benefits as far as PTO and sick time.

Cons

Times of year when the power is out due to ice storms or wildfires and getting call from customers that you simply cannot help.

Pros

I would not recommend PGE to anyone.

Cons

In my 30 year career I would be hard pressed to find an organization with less integrity or care for its customers and employees. Senior leadership is wildly disconnected from the realities of working people. Their unapologetic investment in data centers is harmful and disappointing. Money is the bottom line for this organization.
