Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciate the pay, interesting work, and your great co-workers. However, we are concerned about your comments regarding our leadership and the value placed on expertise and experience. We are committed to trusting our talented employees and providing the necessary resources to allow them to excel. It's important to us that everyone feels comfortable sharing their perspectives and disagreeing when necessary. We will be reviewing our current practices to ensure we foster an environment where all voices are heard and valued. Thank you again for your insights and for helping us improve. Sequoia

Pros

4 weeks vacation, cheap health care, hybrid

Cons

MICROMANAGING, toxic positivity culture, if winter storm or fires in summer could work 12 hour shifts weeks in a row with no day off on a days notice. Customer focused, could care less about employees, forced to come into office even when you had COVID. Even when I had perfect stats of which there is at least 10 they keep track of they would still have monthly meetings asking how you were going to do more.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciate our vacation policy, healthcare benefits, and hybrid work model. However, we are deeply concerned about the issues you raised regarding micromanagement, work conditions during extreme weather, and the handling of COVID-19 protocols. We understand the importance of a supportive and compassionate work environment and regret that your experience has been otherwise. Your suggestion about management practices is taken seriously, and we will be reviewing our supervisory approaches to ensure genuine compassion and support for all employees. If you're open to it, we encourage you to reach out to our HR department directly at 503-464-7250 so we can have a more in-depth conversation. Thank you, Sequoia
