- I was pushed out because my manager at the time was a bully. My team went to HR every week about them, and they did nothing to help us. Emotional, and verbal abuse was programmed into my mind as something to expect from this role and this manager. No one wanted to help. - Hard to move up and out of the position, and even when I did, I couldn't get hired on again as full-time, only part-time contract. - Low pay, upper management doesn't care.
