Cons

Over the past three years, growth has been extremely stagnant, with an average annual pay increase of just 1%. There is a noticeable lack of leadership development among Senior and Director-level management, many of whom do not possess the skills needed to effectively lead teams or advocate for associate growth. Internal mobility is often handled without transparency roles are filled without being publicly posted, leading to favoritism and unfair promotion practices. Work-life balance is also minimal. There are strict blackout dates for time off from November through the New Year, making it extremely difficult to spend meaningful time with loved ones during the holidays. This rigid policy negatively impacts morale and overall employee well-being.
