Pros

Work life balance is pretty good

Cons

New leadership has connected poorly with employees, and employees have lost faith. Working at Poshmark isn’t the same as before.

Pros

-Some of the best coworkers I've ever had -Great ideas coming in the pipelines -Openminded to new ideas and concepts

Cons

-Salary is insanely low for the output expected. -Proximity bias for growth as new CEO now requires all managers in office even when unnecessary or illogical. -No follow through -Push to lower cost by moving most things overseas or outsourcing at the expense of customer experience and retention -Prioritization of company initiatives is chaotic and unorganized
