The culture was good before, nothing now!

Cons

The culture has been crashed now with the managing power in wrong hands. Almost all the managers are racists and the HR partner is the worst. Don't believe anyone in this organisation. All of them act nice to you get information from you and use it all against you behind your back. Never share anything personal with your Manager or HR!
