Pros

Fun job, benefits even things out.

Cons

There are benefits the other employees receive that we do not in our job title and it shows in the work dynamics.

Pros

- Used to be a decent company that believed in its employees

Cons

- Nepotism runs rampant. Many people have ascended into leadership positions they shouldn't be in. - Continued quiet lay offs will happen as part of the company's strategy. - The lack of commitment on bringing an equity component shows the company's short sighted vision as it relates to retaining people - Favoritism and relationship with leaders will take you higher than working hard

Pros

Health Insurance, Monthly Stipend for Health & Wellness, Hybrid Working Model, Coworking Space in Central Location, Sustainability driven.

Cons

Unfortunately came to a rapid end as business closed doors in Australia, UK and India. Would have loved to continue growing my career at Poshmark but I am very grateful for the experience and opportunity I did receive.
